Apply for an open position, here.
This board contains the rules. Also included is the plot, details about the site, and a sub-board containing old and closed threads. You must read the rules in this board, because they are important. It is preferred that you read the plot, but you will only miss out on what everyone else knows if you do not.
This is where you create your profile. DO NOT post in the sub-boards. You may not rp with the wolf until it has been approved. It may take awhile for your wolf to be approved because there might be a lot to do, and staff members DO have lives outside of the computer.
If there are open positions for staff, and you would like to be one, come here and apply, using the correct form. You may be approved or denied for any reason. If you are denied do not start a big argument about it, just accept the facts and try again later.
If you need something else for your profile, post here. Mate, friend, cub, etc. If you need someone to play an important position in your pack such as the Drappa, Dragga, Sikla, Nurse, or just to be part of your pack's part, you can post here as well.
Howls and Growls is basically the random thread board. This is where you may talk at your free will. Obivously it has to be appropriate, and follow the rules, but none of the IC rules are required here. Talk about whatever you like; Books, phones, friends, etc.
Guests and members alike have the right to advertise here. Affiliate requests posted here will not be answered. You can only post in the 'Link Back' or 'First Post' Sub-Boards. Posting is disabled in the main board, so the board doesn't get clustered.
This is the Affiliate Board. You may not advertise here, but you can request to be an affiliate with this site. Affiliating is currently open from guests and members. Maraque and Static affiliates are both allowed, although we only have a Maraque Affiliate Table.
This is the absence board. If you are not going to be on for a considerable amount of time, or are leaving for good, post here so we do not worry about you. Everyone takes breaks from rping off and on, so there is no reason why you can't.
Are you confused? Need help? Guests and members, and even some staff can come here and ask for help, if they are confused or not sure of something. If you're not sure of the answer, don't reply and leave answering the questions, to the staff, please.
A major portion of the forest consists of thick pine trees. The undergrowth here is brittle, and and the tree branches slope downwards, close to the soil. A wolf could hunt easily in the shadows as very little sunlight gets through the many branches here.
This is the river that cuts through the forest halfway. All varg have began to call it "Cut-Through River", as it seems to just slice the forest into two separate portions. It holds many fish, and farther down the river as it gets wider is a beavers den.
This is the only clearing within the entire forest. Here, the sunlight streams down on the open ground, and grasses grow tall, while many small animals like rabbits and birds come out of the trees to enjoy the warming sunlight. Only when the sun is hidden does this clearing get shadowed.
On the opposide side from Thick Pines is the thinner, less shadowed section of the forest. Some sunlight can stream down through the branches, and there is a lot more undergrowth. A lot of animals are in these trees, and packs of wolves catch prey easily here.
This is a ragged cliff growing off of the side of the mountain, where any wolf that fell would quite consequently meet their death, unless saved by some miracle. Stay away from the edge, because many of the stones are loose.
Foaming falls is a waterfall that gets all the water from the river that leads down the mountain. At the bottom the waterfall is a beautiful pool that it empties into, with mountain stones and fresh, ice cold water that will quench any animal's thirst.
This is a steep path leading down the mountain-side. The ground is hard to get a grip on, and it is very easily to slip and tumble to your death. At some places the path is so narrow that you're pressed to the very edge of a mountain wall just to stay on.
This is the Mountain Top. The clouds form around the very tips of the mountain, and the cold is fierce and bitter up here. From the moutnain you can see off past the horizon on all directions. The mountain underpaw can be rough and painful, but wolves can usually take it.
Nearly the entire village is shepherds. People here either work on farms, land, or are soldiers or fighters to defend the village from other villages and animals, as they believe wolves to be pure evil. It is not save to be around the village, although some wolves have managed to take food.
This is where all the villagers that are defenders or want to be defenders go. Any wolf caught here will most likely be killed. There are weapons everywhere, from swords to bows and arrows, and even staffs with sharp ends that can pierce a wolf's skull in one hit.
Along the outskirts of the village, is a mud and stone made wall, and beyond that are bushes. If you can get past the wall, there are more bushes within the land that you can hide in. Food is always just a swipe away, as the shepherd's houses are located everywhere.
The village holds a lot of land. Between the houses, the outskirts, and training camps, there is a lot of farm land, owned land, and just places to move and run around in. The ground has dirt paths leading from door to door, and just through the entire village.
